In celebration of the National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month 2024, Indocement held a simultaneous ceremony at three factory complexes, warehouses, terminals, and subsidiaries on January 18, 2024. Indocement’s President Director, Christian Kartawijaya, led the opening ceremony at the Sporthall of the Citeureup Factory Complex, while in Cirebon, the ceremony was led by the General Manager of the Cirebon Factory Complex, Marlan O. Damanik, and in Tarjun, the ceremony was led by the General Manager of the Tarjun Factory Complex, Agus F. Rasad.

This year’s theme for the National K3 Month is “Cultivate K3, Healthy and Safe in Work, Business Continuity is Maintained”, while the internal theme for Indocement for the K3 Month 2024 is “Improving K3 Mindset and Behavior with the Implementation of Dynamic Risk Assessment and Mental Health for Work Productivity and Family”.

In his speech, Indocement’s President Director, Christian Kartawijaya, reminded every employee of their obligation to increase safety awareness and emphasized the optimal implementation of risk management or identification of potential hazards, assessment, and risk control determination, especially with the implementation of dynamic risk assessment which must be applied in 2024.
