PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (Indocement) on May 25, 2022, completed holding the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2021 Fiscal Year located at the Melati Room, Wisma Indocement, Jakarta.

This GMS attended by the President Commissioner of Indocement, Kevin Gluslkie, Deputy President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner of Indocement, Simon Subrata, Independent Commissioner of Indocement, Franciscus Welirang, President Director of Indocement, Christian Kartawijaya, Deputy President Director of Indocement, Benny S. Santoso, and Director & Indocement Corporate Secretary, Oey Marcos. Attended by digitally, Deputy President Commissioner/Independent Commissioner, Tedy Djuhar, Commissioner of Indocement, DR. Lorenz Näger, DR. Albert Scheuer, and Juan Francisco Delfaque, Indocement Director, Hasan Imer, Troy D. Soputro, Ramakantha Bhattacharjee, and David Clarke.

At the 2021 Fiscal Year Annual GMS, the company approved the distribution of cash dividends of Rp500/share and approved reappointment David Clarke as Director of the Company and appointed René Samir Aldach as Commissioner of the Company replacing DR. Albert Scheuer entering retirement.

The composition of the members of the Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors of the Company, starting from the closing of this Meeting until the closed of the Annual GMS of the Company for the financial year 2023, which will be held in 2024, except:

• Kevin Gluskie, whose term of office ends at the close of the Annual GMS for the fiscal year 2022 (held in 2023)
• David Clarke, whose term of office ends at the close of the 2024 Annual GMS (held in 2025)
