In 2023, Indocement formed a Human Rights (HAM) Committee to assist the Board of Directors in ensuring every activity carried out by the Company, both related to internal and external parties, is in accordance with the principles and rules related to Human Rights. 

LEGAL BASIS

1. United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights;
2. Human Rights Compliance Management Policy-Heidelberg Materials Group;
3. Human Rights Position of the Heidelberg Materials;
4. Directors' Decree Number 010/Kpts/Dir/V/2023 dated 2 May 2023 concerning Indocement Human Rights Policy.

THE DUTIES OF HUMAN RIGHTS COMMITTEE

In 2023, the Human Rights Committee conducted anassessment of the implementation of HR at Indocement. This is also in line with the assessment program from Heidelberg Materials. One of the assessment methods used is interviews with the Company's Management and Employees regarding
the implementation of HR in the Company.
