In order to comply with the provisions of the Financial Services Authority No. 55/POJK.04/2015 regarding the Establishment and Guidelines for the Implementation of the Audit Committee, it is a letter of notification of the change in the Audit Committee Chairman of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (the Company) which has been approved by the Board of Commissioners of the Company.
