On Monday, November 22, 2021, the Danish Minister of Foreign Affairs, H.E. Jeppe Kofod; The Danish Ambassador to Indonesia, H.E. The visit of the honorable guests from Denmark to Indocement was aimed to view Indocement Citeureup Plant, which is one of the largest cement factories in Indonesia, that has committed in realizing a five years roadmap to produce green cement by advancing sustainability strategy and investment by lowering dust emissions in the production process, increasing alternative fuels to replace fossil fuels and producing environmentally friendly cement products.
This is strongly supported by the Danish government, where Denmark is one of the northern European countries which is very concerned about the climate change and global warming, which has made environmental issues as a top priority that needs to be addressed.
