Indocement received two awards at the Indonesian Team Excellence Award 2024 (ITEXA'24) held in Bogor, West Java, from December 9–11, 2024. The ITEXA 2024 awards consist of three categories: Supreme Excellent, Prime Excellent, and Excellent. Additionally, Indocement participated by sending national-level judges, Winarta from QSMR and Suryana from Plant 12, Tarjun Factory Complex.

Indocement won two awards: (1) PSS Payung (MCC Department, Plant 12, Tarjun Factory Complex) received the highest accolade, Supreme Excellence, for the Suggestion System Improvement Methodology, and (2) GKM The Avengers Plant 7–8, Citeureup Factory Complex, received the highest accolade, Supreme Excellence, for the PDCA Tulta Methodology.

The Indonesian Team Excellence Award is an event organized by the Indonesian Quality Management Association (PMMI-IQMA).
