Indocement successfully won the Subroto Award for Energy Efficiency (PSBE) 2023, which is the highest award in the field of energy efficiency from the Ministry of ESDM. PSBE is given to entities that have a role in advancing the energy and mineral resources sector in Indonesia over the past year, especially in the field of efficiency and energy conservation, as well as reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

The award ceremony was held on October 30, 2023, where the award was handed over directly by the Director of Various EBT of the Ministry of ESDM, Andriyah Feby Misna, to the Acting Production & Planning Control Department Head Endah Dwinakirakanok at the Renaissance Nusa Dua Resort, Bali.

In the 2023 PSBE, Indocement managed to win 3 awards in two categories:

Energy Transition Category

• 3^rd place, with the title "Building a Greener Future created by the Technical Directorate Office

Energy Management in Industry and Building Construction - Special Innovation Category

• Winner, Palimanan Cirebon Unit with the Title Innovation Increasing the working pressure of the shredder machine in the optimal utilization of shoe waste as alternative fuel in the RSP Burner Kiln P9-10 unit Cirebon with the Design Thinking Method created by Team Plant 9/10

Winner, Citeureup Unit with the Title Innovation Optimization of Nozzle Ring and Water Spray Usage in Finish Mill 6C in supporting the production of environmentally friendly cement (green Cement) at the Citeureup Factory made by Team Plant 6/11
