PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., (“Indocement”) achieves the 2022 Stellar Workplace Award in two categories, Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Commitment and Stellar Workplace Recognition in Employee Satisfaction. The awards were handed over by Antonius Marcos, Director and Corporate Secretary, on Thursday, September 29, 2022, at Hotel JS Luwansa Jakarta.

The awards are given due to Indocement’s success in creating a good workplace, which was assessed based on the results of a survey conducted by Kontan Business and Investment Media, which is part of the Kompas Gramedia Group with GML Performance Consulting.

The Stellar Workplace Award is designed to evaluate and identify organizations as ideal workplaces and employees with strong engagement who are assessed through two aspects of measurement as follows:

1. Employee engagement, to measure how engaged employees are to the company, and
2. People digital readiness, to measure how ready employees are to carry out digital transformation.

Employees who have a strong engagement will give a high effort in doing work to support the profitability and sustainability of the company. Meanwhile, talent digital readiness is strongly correlated with the success of digital transformation in a company. According to the jury's assessment and the survey results, Indocement is selected as the top company that has a strong commitment to human resource management and has highly engaged employees who are able to increase productivity and have a direct impact on the company's positive performance. Therefore, Indocement has succeeded in creating a good workplace and becoming one of the dream companies in Indonesia.
