PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Indocement”) triumphs three awards at the TOP CSR Awards 2022, awarded in three categories, namely “TOP CSR Awards 2020 #Stars 5”, Golden Star Trophy, and “Top Leader on CSR Commitment 2022 ” for Indocement's President Director, Christian Kartawijaya. The award was handed over on Wednesday, March 30, 2022 in Jakarta.

Indocement is considered to perform CSR function with a #Stars5 rating which is the highest ranking in the TOP CSR Awards event. In addition, Indocement also awarded the Golden Star Trophy for being the Winner of TOP CSR Awards-Star Predicate/5 Stars, for three consecutive years.

The theme of the TOP CSR Awards 2022 is “The Responsible Company is a Key Strategy for Sustainable Business Growth”. Indocement's highest achievement in this event, is associated with Indocement's success in managing its environmentally friendly village (KRL) CSR program, with a case study of the Decorated KRL, Gunung Sari Village, Bogor Regency. The KRL community movement in the effort to improve and manage environment at the community unit (RW) scale has been carried out independently, structured, and sustainably and has awareness in environmental protection and management.

The commitment of Indocement leadership is presented in the Company's business plan which places CSR as an integrated part of the corporate strategy. The scope of Indocement's CSR program is included in the category that is in accordance with ISO 26000, namely improving the quality of the environment and socio-economics in the vicinity of its operational areas. Indocement leaders are also considered obedient to the stakeholder engagement order so that Indocement's CSR activities are able to support competitiveness and corporate performance.

TOP CSR Award 2022 is organized by Top Business Magazine in collaboration with several leading institutions in Indonesia, including the Indonesian Governance Professional Association (PaGI), the Indonesian CSR Association, Corebest (CSR Consultant & Training Agency), Interdev (CSR Consultant & Training Agency), LKN (Nawacita Study Institute), PAKEM (Microfinance Development Foundation), SDP (PT Sinergi Daya Prima/GCG Consultant), SGL Management (Management and Business Consultant), Business Performance Solutions (SKB), and the Indonesian CSR journalists association. The assessment of the 2022 TOP CSR Awards is based on the provisions of ISO 26000, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), and Business Strategy from the winning candidates.
