Indocement held a halalbihalal event between the Board of Directors and Indocement employees on April 22, 2024, at the As-Salaam Mosque Hall, Citeureup, Bogor.

The event was attended by members of the Board of Commissioners and Directors of Indocement, namely Deputy Chairman/Independent Commissioner of Indocement Simon Subrata, Commissioner of Indocement F.X. Sutijastoto, President Director of Indocement Christian Kartawijaya, Director of Indocement Hasan Imer, David Jonathan Clarke, and Oey Marcos. The event was also attended by several retired Indocement employees and other invited guests. In his speech, Indocement President Director Christian Kartawijaya, conveyed information about the activities carried out by Indocement during the month of Ramadan for the partner village communities of Indocement. In addition, he also conveyed an appeal about the importance of maintaining the implementation and application of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) in the workplace and information about the development of the cement market in Indonesia.

At this year’s halalbihalal, the theme raised was “Maintaining Togetherness, Building Synergy on a Fitri Day” with a religious lecture delivered by the Chairman of the Indonesian Mosque Council of Bogor Regency, Dr. H. Ade Sarmili, M.Si. At this event, a symbolic handover of the hajj quota was also carried out to seven Indocement employees from the Citeureup Factory and Head Office.
