Indocement's Cirebon Plant provided electrical installation assistance to underprivileged communities in Babakan Gebang Village, Babakan District, Cirebon Regency on December 5, 2024, following the signing of an MoU for the Jabar Caang Program with the West Java Provincial Energy and Mineral Resources Office. The handover ceremony was attended by the Head of the West Java Provincial Energy and Mineral Resources Office and companies participating in the Jabar Caang program.

Jabar Caang is a program by the West Java Provincial Government aimed at connecting electricity to underprivileged communities, which has been implemented since 2001. The objective of this initiative is to support West Java's program in facilitating better access to electricity for underprivileged communities.

Indocement Cirebon facilitated seven electrical installations, including home installations and connections with three light points, one power outlet, and a 900 VA subscription capacity that meets the standards of the West Java Provincial Energy and Mineral Resources Office.  This activity also supports the government's SDG goal 12, which is to ensure sustainable consumption and production patterns.
