The Kotabaru Regency Government bestowed a certificate of appreciation to PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., Tarjun Factory in the Preparedness Call for Anticipating Hydro Meteorological Impacts in the Field on Monday, November 22, 2021 at Siring Laut.

The ceremony was followed by the members of Kodim 1004 Kotabaru, Kotabaru Lanal, Kotabaru Police, Basarnas, Kotabaru BPBD, Transportation and Fire Department in Kotabaru Regency, and also attended by Forkopimda, Sub-District Heads of Kotabaru Regency and other invited guests.

This award certificate was granted as an appreciation for Indocement Tarjun Factory’s active participation in anticipating disasters. Since Kotabaru is an area with heavy rainfall which can cause natural disasters, such as floods and landslides, it is necessary to prepare and anticipate a rapid disaster response, as Indocement conducted.
