A total of 27 Indocement 2022 Management Trainees (MT) consisting of 22 men and five women started their first activities at Indocement during the 2022 MT Inauguration event which was held on March 1, 2022, at the ASIST Housing III Hall, Citeureup Factory. At this event, MT Indocement 2022 received a direct briefing from the Director and Corporate Secretary of Indocement, Antonius Marcos.

MT Indocement 2022 participants will undergo this program for two full years before being officially appointed as Indocement employees. The group is going to receive various materials on soft skills, hard skills, factory operations, occupational safety and health (K3), and on-the-job training.
