Indonesian citizen, 57 years old. He has served as a President Director of the Company since 1 May 2014. He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Trisakti University, master's in business administration from San Diego University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Education (M.A.C.E) from Fort Worth, Texas.Previously, he served as Deputy Finance Director and Finance Director of Indocement. Presently, he is also a President Commissioner and Commissioner of the Company's Subsidiaries. He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.

Indonesian citizen, age 66. He has served as Vice President Director of the Company since 8 July 2021. Received a Business Diploma from Ngee Ann College. Previously, he served as Director of Indofood Agri Resources Ltd. and President Commissioner of PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. Currently, he also serves as Member of the Advisory Board of the Philippines Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), Director of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. And Commissioner of PT Fastfood Indonesia Tbk. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and Controlling Shareholders.

Turkish citizen, age 70. He has served as a Director of the Company since 1 September 2008. He obtained his Bachelor of Science majoring in Technical from Yildiz Technical University. Previously, he served as Project and Investment Manager at Turkey's Akpansas's Qanakkale Plant and Asia Region Coordinator of HeidelbergCement Technology Center. Presently, he is also a Director of PT Pama Indo Mining (the Company’s Subsidiary). He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Controlling Shareholders.

Indonesian citizen, age 59. He has served a Director of the Company since 4 December 2015. He obtained his Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Atma Jaya Yogyakarta University, master's in business administration from the University of Portland. Previously, he served as a Logistic Division Manager and Sales and Marketing Division Manager of Indocement. Presently, he is also a President Commissioner and Commissioner of the Company's Subsidiaries. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Controlling Shareholders.

British citizen, age 50. He has been a Director of the Company since 1 January 2017. He obtained his Bachelor of Science majoring in Economics, master's in accounting and finance from Aberystwyth University, as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. Previously, he served as an Auditor and tax Consultant of PwC, BDO Tax Consultant of Stoy Hayward LLP, Director of Tax and Treasury of Hanson UK and Finance Director of Hanson UK, HeidelbergCement Group. Presently, he also a Commissioner of PT Pama Indo Mining (the Company's Associated Entity). He has affiliations with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Controlling Shareholders.

Indonesian citizen, age 51. He has served as a Director of the Company since 4 June 2018. He obtained his Bachelor of Economics majoring in Accounting from Trisakti University, Master of Management in Strategic Business from the Prasetia Mulya Institute of Business and Management. Previously, he served as an External Auditor of Public Accounting Firm Prasetio, Utomo & Co. (Member of Arthur Andersen), General Manager of Finance & Accounting of Sugar Group Companies, Plant Controller of Indocement, and Assistant to President Director and Corporate Public & Internal Affairs Division Manager. Presently, he is also serving in several of the Company's Subsidiaries. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and Controlling Shareholders.

Danish citizen, age 54. He has served as Director of the Company since 17 May 2023. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Technology Management and Marine Engineering Svendborg Mariene Engineer Academy, Diploma in Business Economics from the University of Southern Denmark and a master's in business administration from the University of Bradford. He has served as Commissioning Manager at FLSmidth and Project Manager at CCC Indonesia. Currently he does not have concurrent positions. He has no affiliation with members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors and Controlling Shareholders.
