President Director of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., Christian Kartawijaya, received an award as "Indonesia Best CEO 2023" for the third time from SWA Magazine and Dunamis Organization Services, which was given directly by the Chief Editor of SWA Magazine, on Wednesday, 31 January 2024 at Shangri-La Hotel, Jakarta.

This award was obtained from the results of a survey conducted on employees using the Four Essential Roles of Leadership approach, an approach developed by Franklin Covey which includes four leadership roles, including:

1. Inspire Trust (building trust in employees amidst change to survive the company),

2. Create Vision (ability to create purpose/objectives),

3. Execute Strategy (ability to execute strategy), and

4. Coach Potential (the ability to place the right people in the organization and give employees the opportunity to contribute).

The respondents selected for this survey were employees of the company led by the CEO. In addition, the performance of the company being led in 2022 and 2023 (as of June or September 2023) was also considered in determining which CEOs are entitled to the title of Best CEO in 2023. The CEO selected for Indonesia Best CEO 2023 is a business leader who has succeeded in bringing the company to remain strong and continue to grow amidst the onslaught of technological disruption and business challenges.
