Indocement Cirebon held the inauguration of the Indocement Cirebon Workers' Union (SP) management for the 2025–2027 period in the Main Office Lobby, Cirebon Plant on January 8, 2025. Heri Herdian was re-elected as the chairman of the Indocement Cirebon Workers' Union after securing 70% of the votes from 341 members in the election held from October 28–30, 2024.

Heri Herdian's inauguration as Chairman of SP ITP Cirebon was conducted by Faisal Arif, Chairman of the National Executive Board of the Federation of Indonesian Cement Industry Workers' Unions (DPN FSP ISSI), and attended by Indocement Director Oey Marcos, General Manager of the Cirebon Plant Marlan O. Damanik, Indocement CHCD Manager Yulius Hadiwijaya, Chairman of the Cirebon Regency DPRD, Head of the Cirebon Regency Manpower and Transmigration Office, Chairman of Apindo Cirebon Regency, Head of BPJS Employment Cirebon Regency, Chairman of SP ITP Citeureup Unit, SP ITP Tarjun Unit, representatives from the Federation of Indonesian Cement Industry Workers' Unions, and Workers' Unions from Cirebon Regency.

Oey Marcos congratulated the SP ITP Cirebon management for the 2025–2027 period and expressed his hope that the union would be able to encourage and foster the creativity of its members so that the company's operational activities could run more effectively and efficiently amid the challenging cement market conditions, while always maintaining a harmonious relationship between the union and management.
