Indocement held the opening ceremony for the 2025 National K3 Month simultaneously at three plant complexes, warehouse facilities, terminal facilities, and subsidiaries on January 13, 2025. Indocement's President Director, Christian Kartawijaya, led the opening ceremony at the 3Roda Arena Field, Citeureup Plant, while in Cirebon, the ceremony was led by the General Manager of the Cirebon Plant, Marlan O. Damanik, and in Tarjun, the ceremony was led by the General Manager of the Tarjun Plant, Agus F. Rasad.

This year's theme for the National K3 Month is "Strengthening Human Resource Capacity in Supporting the Implementation of the K3 Management System (SMK3) to Increase Productivity," while Indocement's internal theme for the 2025 K3 Month is "Strengthening Worker Competence to Increase Work Productivity to Achieve Zero Harm."

The safety of employees, contractors, and other parties is Indocement's top priority.
