Indocement once again organized its Culture Week on September 18, 2024. This year's event was held in a hybrid format from the Housing III Hall, Citeureup Plant Complex, and was attended by employees from the Head Office, Citeureup Plant, Cirebon Plant, and Tarjun Plant.
Culture Week is an event aimed at refreshing Indocement's New Purpose, Values, and Leadership Style for all employees.

The Indocement Culture Week 2024 was opened with a welcoming statement from CHCD Manager Yulius Hadi Wijaya, followed by an opening speech from Indocement's President Director Christian Kartawijaya. The event continued with a presentation by Indocement Director Antonius Marcos on the Refreshment of New Purpose, Values, and Leadership Style for Indocement's first echelon.

The Culture Week 2024 activities continued with the Indocement Sharing Session with Aspiring Leaders (INSPIRED) at the ASIST Hall, Housing III, Citeureup Plant, held in a hybrid format for all operational units. This year's INSPIRED topic was Service Mindedness, presented by Indocement Director Troy D. Soputro.
