As part of its commitment to sustainable development and improving the quality of human resources in rural areas, PIndocement participated in a Construction Supervision Training held in Licin Village, Cimalaka Subdistrict, Sumedang Regency.
The training was attended by foremen and construction supervisors from 14 villages in the Cimalaka area. The program focused on strengthening technical skills in project supervision, understanding construction regulations, and applying quality and occupational safety standards in the field.
Indocement also contributed by providing education on selecting construction materials that meet proper specifications. Participants were introduced to the advantages of Semen Tiga Roda and Mortar Tiga Roda as high-quality materials that support strong, durable, and efficient construction outcomes. In addition, they were exposed to the latest developments in construction material technology, including innovations in more environmentally friendly products.
With a better understanding of quality materials and proper supervision techniques, village supervisors are expected to ensure that local development projects are carried out in accordance with applicable standards and deliver high-quality infrastructure.
This training is part of an ongoing program that aims to reach more regions. A total of 10 additional training batches are planned to be conducted across various areas in Java. Through this initiative, Indocement not only introduces its products but also demonstrates a strong commitment to enhancing the competence of local construction workers. With professional supervision and the use of quality materials, village development in Sumedang is expected to become more efficient, safe, and impactful—contributing to the realization of sustainable development goals.
