PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (Indocement or the Company) held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on December 4, 2024, in the Melati Room, Wisma Indocement Building, with the agenda of changing the composition of the Company's management.

On September 27, 2024, the Company received a resignation letter from Indocement Director, David Jonathan Clarke, due to an assignment elsewhere. Therefore, the EGMS was held to approve and accept the resignation and to appoint Sunnira Ly to replace David Jonathan Clarke as a member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective from the close of this Meeting, for the remainder of David Jonathan Clarke's term. On behalf of the Company, Indocement President Director Christian Kartawijaya expressed gratitude to David Jonathan Clarke for his dedication during his tenure as Director of the Company and extended a warm welcome and best wishes to Sunnira Ly.
