In March 5, 2024, Indocement renewed its Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) Supply Agreement with the Tanah Bumbu Government. This renewal serves as a follow-up to the trial cooperation agreement that was initially signed in November 2023. The renewal agreement was signed by Soegito C. Kurniawan, the General Manager of Energy Alternative Fuel and Alternative Materials (EAFAM), and Rahmat Prapto Udoyo, the Head of the Environmental Service of Tanah Bumbu Regency. They were accompanied by H. Ambo Sakka, the Regional Secretary of Tanah Bumbu Regency.

This renewal underscores Indocement's commitment to assisting local governments in addressing waste management issues. This is achieved through the consumption of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) produced by the Sungai Dua Final Processing Site (TPA) in Tanah Bumbu Regency.
