In an effort to improve the product quality of Culinary Entrepreneurs, on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Indocement”) Citeureup Factory in collaboration with the Bogor Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office and the Bogor Regency Health Office carried out Food Safety Training. Fifty participants from 12 partner villages of Indocement Citeureup Factory attended a one-day training. This training aims to provide Culinary Entrepreneurs with information about hygienically processing food, both in the production process and choosing the ingredients
Good food processing can provide a sense of comfort and safety when the product is consumed by the customer. In addition, Indocement also helps provide Culinary Entrepreneurs to obtain product legality and business identification number.
