The Bogor Regency Environmental Service (DLH) invited PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (Indocement) to be a speaker for the 2022 Air Pollution Control Socialization attended by more than 50 companies throughout Bogor Regency and the Bogor Regency DLH Environmental Task Force. This event was held on May 31, 2022, at Accram Hotel, Bogor.

Indocement's representative, Arinaldi, Acting Environmental Department Head of the Citeureup Factory, conveyed the various air pollution control efforts carried out by Indocement such as monitoring and measuring emissions, the integration process of continuous emission monitoring into the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, the use of alternative fuels and also the investments made by Indocement in controlling air pollution.

One example of the efforts that have been made is that Indocement already has a Master Plant Schedule to reduce dust pollution by installing a bag filter device to replace electrostatic precipitators. Indocement has average dust emission target to be 10 mg/Nm³ by 2025.

This activity is a form of Indocement's direct contribution to society, especially the company, in a sustainable effort to reduce conventional air emission and greenhouse gas emissions.
