PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. and the Indocement Workers' Union units of Citeureup, Cirebon, and Tarjun signed the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) XI (2025–2026 Period) on January 22, 2025, at the Assalam Mosque Hall, Bogor. This CLA XI is effective from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026.

The CLA XI was signed by Indocement President Director Christian Kartawijaya, Indocement Director Oey Marcos representing the company, and Citeureup Workers' Union Chairman Acep Pahrudin, Cirebon Workers' Union Chairman Heri Herdian, and Tarjun Workers' Union Chairman Hatijah representing Indocement employees. The signing was also witnessed by the Chairman of DPK APINDO Bogor Regency Ir. Supari Abdul Hayi, Head of the Bogor Regency Manpower Office Juanda Dimansyah, S.E., M.M., Indocement Directors Holger Mørch and Sunnira Ly.
