On July 8, 2021, Indocement held its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for Financial Year 2020 and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) electronically. At this AGMS, the shareholders made several decisions, namely:

1. Approval of the Company Annual Report
2. Approval for distribution of total cash dividend of Rp725 per share
3. Appointment of public accountant firm
4. Change of the Member of the Management of the Company
5. Determination of the salary and other allowance for the BOD and honorarium for BOC

From the dividends amounting to Rp725, a portion of Rp225 has been paid to the shareholders as an interim dividend on 18 December, 2020, so that the remaining dividend is Rp500 (five hundred Rupiah) will be paid on 10 August, 2021.

In the EGMS, the shareholders approved several changes in the company's articles of association to comply with the latest changes in OJK regulations.
