Referring to the Company's letter No. 1265/ITP-CORSELA/CLCC/XII/2021 dated 3 December 2021, the date of the Plan to Buy Back Shares of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk., in a significantly fluctuating market condition ("Letter 1265/2021"), the Company's letter No. 006/ITPCLCC/III/2022 dated 4 March 2022, the date of the Planned Extended Buyback Period of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. and the Company's letter no. 069/ITP-CLCC/VI/2022 dated 6 June 2022 Report on the Implementation of the Company's Share Buyback in conditions that fluctuated significantly ("Letter 069/2022"), we hereby inform that the Company intends to extend the period of the buyback of shares for 3 months because the share repurchase period ends on 6 June 2022 and there are still a number of shares that can be repurchased by the Company from the provisions on the maximum number of shares buyback.
