Indocement has successfully won the "Indonesia Best Companies in HSE Implementation 2025" award with an Excellent rating from SWA Magazine. This award is given in recognition of the company's efforts, tangible steps, and success in managing the implementation of occupational health and safety (OHS) within the company.

The award was assessed by a panel of judges through an interview process attended by Indocement's President Director Christian Kartawijaya, accompanied by Indocement Directors Antonius Marcos and Troy D. Soputro, Citeureup Plant General Manager Setia Wijaya, and Corporate SHE Division Manager Arief Rahman Hakim. The assessment criteria included OHS leadership, the company's OHS strategy, and the OHS culture among workers and all stakeholders.

The award ceremony was held on March 19, 2025, at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, presented by SWA Group Chief Editor Kemal Gani and received by Citeureup Plant General Manager Setia Wijaya, accompanied by Corporate SHE Manager Arief Rahman Hakim and Corporate Safety Dept Head Airil Richardi.

As a public company, this award is tangible proof that Indocement consistently places great emphasis on the implementation of OHS aspects for workers and all stakeholders.

It is hoped that this recognition will motivate the company to continuously improve its OHS culture, as proper OHS implementation will lead to increased productivity.
